It is a known fact that Prasar Bharati is always showing partiality towards administrative staff. PB has conducted the Departmental Exam for the years 2001 to 2004 and later tried to cancel the exam but could not do it with the intervention of courts. The Departmental Exam was conducted in all zones and some candidates were qualified as Accountants/Head clerks in some zones. DG AIR has issued an order to the qualified candidates only from Delhi zone granting notional fixation from the date of exam. Based on the Order AIR, New Delhi has issued orders for notional fixation. There are qualified candidates from Kerala, Punjab and other zones. Then what will be the fate of qualified candidates from other zones? Are they not eligible for notional fixation? The issue is already in the court. Even then issue of such partial orders should be objected. Order issued by AIR New Delhi is placed here for information of members.
