HON’BLE CAT, LUCKNOW BENCH DIRECTION TO PB BCI

ADASA CASE IN SUPREME COURT
The case of ADASA in Supreme Court is listed for today. There is no sign that the cabinet has approved the amendment. Government may ask for some more time due to the Bombay Blasts, cabinet cound not concentrate and discuss the issue. The Hon’ble court may grant some more time. Details are awaited.
ERNAKULAM JUDGEMENT
